A Yoga of Self-Realization:
To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom. Go within and connect to your truth.
The Yoga Yantra Yogi Training Program is set up in the mentorship style teachings based in the ancient yogic system of mentor to disciple. This program is for anyone looking to deepen their work in self-development, physical and mental wellness, as well as spiritual development. It is also suitable for those looking to make a career in teaching Yoga, Meditation, and Breath Work.
This program covers Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle, Breath Work (called Pranayama), Meditation styles and techniques, and Asana (yoga postures). The Asana part is in the style of Hatha Yoga. This includes Yoga therapy, which is a style of yoga that works to correct body misalignment, and treats each body uniquely to its needs. Hatha Yoga is a deeply healing practice. The sequencing and anatomy section covers both building a personal practice, as well as designing and sequencing a class for others. This course is designed to create a strong foundation for further studies in Kriya Yoga.
The philosophy and lifestyle section discusses The Yoga Sutras, Chakras, Vedic literature, and more. The philosophy section makes your practice an informed practice.
“Practice without theory is blind. Theory without practice is mere intellectual play.” - Immanual Kant.
Yogi Training Level 1 Syllabus:
There are four modules to the course:
The program is separated into four modules. Each module builds on the previous one, so it is recommended to do them in order. You are welcome to do only Module 1, or only Module 2; however, in order to take Module 3 (Pranayama), the first two modules must be completed. To take Module 4 (Asana: yoga postures), all previous modules must be completed.
Upon completion of all four modules, you will be certified in the Yoga Yantra Yoga Teacher Training Program. This means you have earned the skills to teach yoga, breath work, and meditation professionally should you choose to.
This course starts with foundational practices and builds up to more intermediate/advanced techniques. Class lectures are twice a week, Saturday and Sunday, 3 hours each, with two practice classes and one-on-one training provided during the week. The course is designed in a way where students are able to apply into practice what has been learned during the study lecture, so that by the end of the course you are a practicing yogi with your own informed personal practice.
Program Cost Breakdown:
Module 1. $795 -- Yoga: The History, Philosophy, & Life of a Yogi (offered in-person & through zoom.)
Module 2. $795 -- Meditation: Styles & Developing a Personal Practice (offered in-person & through zoom.)

Dina has been practicing yoga for 20 years and meditation for over 25 years. She subscribes to and lives by the philosophy of Know Thyself. Dina’s Yoga training was transformed after she moved to Bali, Indonesia where she learned the ancient healing methods of the whole of Yoga, which included Meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy & Lifestyle, Mantra Chanting, Puja, Reiki & energy healing/cleansing/blessings, and traditional Hatha yoga. There she studied with local healers and masters and travelled to the island of Java to further deepen her studies. Dina also spent months living in an ashram where she practiced daily chanting, puja, kirtans, service, and so on. She travelled to Singapore to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine using roots, mushrooms, and herbs for medicine and detoxification, as well as studies in acupressure and reflexology.
Dina then found her first mentor and began an in-depth 3+ years study in yoga therapy and Hatha Yoga in the style of Swami Sivananda. Her focus dove deep into pranayama (breath work), yoga philosophy, studies in Chakras, prana, meridians, asana, and more. From there, Dina refined her practice and incorporated more advanced techniques including bandhas and Kriyas. Currently, Dina is expanding her studies in Kriya yoga and Ashtanga yoga. After reading Patanjali’s Sutras, Dina dedicated herself to living the yogi lifestyle in accordance with the Sutras, in thought, word, and deed.
Dina has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor in Business Management and Organizational Studies. She has published a book on Mantra Chanting and is currently working on expanding her second book in methods and practices in Self-Realization. She has been personally mentored by masters in Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki & energetic healing, Blessings & Purifications. Dina has dedicated her life to both pursuing the yogi path as well as guiding others on their own path to Self-Realization.
Dina teaches Meditation, Pranayama (Breath Work), Yoga Nidra, Mantra chanting, Kriya Yoga and provides 1-on-1 mentorships in several forms of studies. She also offers spiritual guidance to those who seek it.
